• Age At least 30 years

• Prior experience in the catering or events industry in Bangladesh.
• Established network with event planners, corporate clients, and venue operators.
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences in Dhaka.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the events and catering sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and individual customers.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.

• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with service delivery and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

• Oversee sales pipelines, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.

• Set sales targets for the team and regularly review performance metrics to ensure success.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and progress reports to management.

• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote services.
