∎ Post-Graduation, Diploma on Compliance will be given preference.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare factory for compliance audit
∎ Maintaining the high standard and integrity of performing compliance audit to suppliers to meet with the Company's Terms of Engagement, Social, technical, Environmental, Fire safety, building integrity, electrical safety & security compliance.
∎ Follow-up and monitor factory improvement on any identified non-compliance issues.
∎ Lead, coordinate and support all activities of Social Compliance Audit.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Organize training/awareness session on regular basis, counseling & motivation to factory workers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015, BEPZA Gazette 2019.
∎ Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
