Education:
  • MBA in HRM or a Master’s degree from a reputed University.

Additional Requirements:
  • Abel to work under reputed Buyer: H&M, PUMA, C&A, Bestseller, George, Ralph Lauren, VF Asia, Next, New Times, Inditex, GAP etc. Must have H&M PD, Puma Enablon validation completion experience, and Computer knowledge.
  • Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Writing).


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in leading and coordinating all types of Buyer/3rd Party Social Compliance Audit and organize the factory.

  • Experience with BWB, SLCP, H&M PD, Puma Enablon, SMETA/ETI, FLA, BSCI & EU, SCS/C-TPAT/GSV, and UK & USA buyers` compliance requirements.

  • Possess sound knowledge of BLL-2006, BLR-2015, BNBC-2020, NFPA, and ACCORD/RSC, Alliance/Nirapon standards.

  • Conduct regular internal audits and share reports with the relevant factory personnel.

  • Prepare third-party or buyer audit CAP reports independently and follow up on audits day-to-day.

  • Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and oversee day-to-day operations.

  • Monitor regulatory activities to stay informed about the status of all compliance activities and identify trends.

  • Coordinate with business and regional support lawyers to identify and track potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop and implement corrective action plans for resolving problematic issues.

  • Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees, as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.

  • Organize various training sessions to meet compliance requirements.

  • Provide regular reports to the Line Manager and meet official requirements as needed.
