∎ MBA (Major in HRM) or Masters in any discipline from reputed public or private university.
∎ PGD in Compliance or HR will be added an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Admin, HR

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and monitor Admin, HR & Compliance plan and policies, ensure full and professional implementation in all business units of the company.
∎ Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
∎ Ensure a safe and secure work environment by developing personal growth opportunities.
∎ Ensure necessary training to workers & staff as per yearly training calendar such as Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Buyer code of conduct, legal rights, Abuse and harassment, Company policies etc.
∎ Coordinate with different section internally regarding Admin & HR issues and give proper guideline to solve any problem.
∎ Communicate & making liaison with government office, Fire Services and other licensing authority.
∎ Formulate and monitor Company's Administration, Health & Safety, Security, Transport management, Canteen management and other policies as appropriate and develop further.
∎ Responsible for worker's wages, salary, recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment and all kinds of welfare related issues
∎ Have adequate knowledge on labor act & rules as well as related compliance standard.
