∎ MBA in HRM/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
∎ Professional Certification: PGDHRM will be given preference

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Applicant must have experienced in EPZ based Factory HR Operation, especially in CEPZ.
∎ Must have strong and sound relationship with BEPZA & others related stakeholders.
∎ Need to have the ability to resolve grievance in a professional way.
∎ At least 15 years experience, of which 03-05 years in similar or managerial position with proven track record in EPZ based HR Operation.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & EPZ Labor Law.
∎ Must have multi-tasking ability and willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Be professional in all interactions and dealings with co-workers, internal/external customers and vendors.
∎ Presentation Skills (including report writing)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
∎ Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and coaching.
∎ Day-To-Day update all documents of company/factory & to keep liaison with Govt. officer for licenses, agreement & any other issues.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt. /Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA, labor office, Environment office etc.
∎ Obtaining work permit, security clearance, Visa processing & extension for foreign employees.
∎ Develop departmental objectives, strategies, plans, policies and programs in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment & selection, training and development, performance management, leave etc.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures and time to time communicate with employees towards achieving company objectives.
∎ Planning, directing and ensuring all activities in the human resources department in an effort to reach maximum levels of employee productivity and creativity throughout the workforce.
∎ Ensure staff development including training, assessment.
∎ Ensure general administration & human resources activities for the company.
∎ Dealing with any grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way.
∎ Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
∎ Provide the supports of Protocol and necessary arrangements for entertainment of foreigners, Company Guests and top level management.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, administration issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Supervise and direct the staffs of HR & Admin Team to perform their duty smartly.
