Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Assessment Centre for internal staff to find an existing employee's potentiality & improvement area.
∎ Conducting Assessment Centre for critical interview positions to find the right fit.
∎ Ensure conducting Development Centre for L&D and OD interventions.
∎ Provide support to execute competency framework across the organization.
∎ Implement a competency-based learning curriculum throughout the organization.
∎ Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on the execution of the whole development plan of a specific assessed position.
∎ Support the assessment-related tasks e.g., assessor communication, presentation preparation, assessment tools planning, etc.
∎ Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on the execution of the one-year development plan of the Management Trainee. Involvement in multiple projects with different teams (Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, OD) to complete assigned tasks.
