Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law,Communication,HRIS/ HR Database Management,Interpersonal Skills,MS Office,payroll management

Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Oversee training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and organizational development.
