• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 35 to 55 years

• At least 5 years experience in the similar position (AGM / Manager - Production) is required.

• Manage and supervise daily production activities for wire & cable manufacturing lines.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and control process parameters to maintain consistent product quality as per standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, BSTI, or equivalent).
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth production flow.
• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Train, coach, and motivate the production team for skill development and performance improvement.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and performance analysis.
• Support management in capacity expansion, process automation, and strategic initiatives.
• Any other task as assigned by the management.
