- At least 5 years experience in the similar position (AGM / Manager - Production) is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and supervise daily production activities for wire & cable manufacturing lines.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain consistent product quality as per standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, BSTI, or equivalent).
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth production flow.
- Implement process improvements to reduce downtime, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Train, coach, and motivate the production team for skill development and performance improvement.
- Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and performance analysis.
- Support management in capacity expansion, process automation, and strategic initiatives.
- Any other task as assigned by the management.
