Planning and executing warehouse manner and Delivery assurance issue and Coordinate among Store, Commercial, Purchase & Procurement, Accounts, Merchandising, Production, Audit and other related Departments.
Involve in setting up policy and procedures related issue of Store Section and Maintain the re-order level and placed those order in Procurement Department.
Processing Warehouse Relevant Reports (Material Requisition Report, Receiving Record, Material Movement Record, Material Stock Report etc.) and Performing Monthly physical Inventory Audit.
Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability, make requisition for all fewer stock items, inform higher authority for all slow-moving & out of stock items, follow up all short expire item list.
Ensure the materials are in-house as per plan & Providing logistics support to all department as and when require.
Assign roles and responsibilities for warehouse officers and warehouse staffs.
Ensure all receiving & delivery, record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory and Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedure.
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory, Stock, Production, and Delivery.
Analyze data to anticipate future needs, evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships·
Maintain the safety of the storehouse, Keep Storehouse neat and clean, Responsible for safe custody and storage of inventory.
Prepare monthly stock report (RM, finished goods, packing materials, Spare Parts etc.) and report to management on various issues related to stores·
Inspect physical condition of stores/warehouses and equipment and prepare work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
Coordinate with management and head of the departments on build-up, quality and operation plan/matters disposing advice gap SOP improvements.
