Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Management/MBA in HRM or Masters in Any Discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates with PGDHR in BIM will be given high preference.

∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
∎ Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, and Manpower planning as per requirement.
∎ Develop and maintain effective employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Cooperate & communicate with Merchandiser, Production, IE and other Department for Employee efficient Productivity.
∎ Implement effective Training & development Programs, Performance Management systems, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development initiatives for retention of top talent.
∎ Execute & Implement plan to Manpower Rationalize and Control Overtime.
∎ Aligned with Top Management & directives to understand business needs and provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
∎ Ensure HR processes and systems are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop Efficient & Updates Digital HR System compatible with Buyer, Organizations need.
∎ Implement Buyers COC, BLL-2006, BLR-2015, Better Work (ILO) and international standards.
∎ Lead & provide proper guidelines to Compliance Team to maintain Buyer's COC & compliance related issues and conduct various types of internal audits for own factory and ensure that the Factory is always ready as per Compliance.
∎ Handling all types of audits like as; Social/ Environment/ Technical/ BETTERWORK/ BSCI/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ISO/SMETA (Sedex)/RCS/GRS/OCS/Higg/RSC(Accord) etc.
∎ Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinances, occupational health & safety and social responsibility, ethical trading etc.
∎ Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance & Audits.
∎ Ensure good liaison with Government & Non-Government bodies and all types of License and Certificate are updated due time.
∎ Execute proper Administration system all over the factory efficiently and effectively.
∎ Report to Management and Maintain 5s.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 39 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Similar Position for at least 4 Years
∎ Experience in working with export-oriented RMG Sectors.
∎ Must be Experienced with Betterwork, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord and Alliance, CT-PAT, etc.
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audits.
∎ Ability to lead a large group of people in a proficient manner, More than 26,000 employees.
∎ Precise knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006, HR & Compliance procedures & practices; and its applications.
∎ Should have strong communication skills in both written and oral English & Bangla.
