Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute all business activities under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members.

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions including office management and internal communications.

  • Monitor and support sales operations, ensuring all orders and targets are tracked properly.

  • Supervise supply chain team and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Maintain proper documentation of employee attendance, leaves, and performance.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and team updates for management review.

  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve any operational or staffing issues.

  • Ensure all internal policies are being followed across teams.
