🔍 Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily incoming customer phone calls professionally.

  • Process orders from the website and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook).

  • Maintain proper records of customer communication.

  • Make follow-up calls to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve queries and complaints efficiently and politely.

✅ Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla (spoken) and basic English (reading/writing).

  • Good phone manners and a friendly attitude.

  • Basic computer and smartphone usage skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

📈 Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

💼 Salary:

  • Attractive salary – 10000 To 12000 based on skills and experience.
