🔍 Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily incoming customer phone calls professionally.
Process orders from the website and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook).
Maintain proper records of customer communication.
Make follow-up calls to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Resolve queries and complaints efficiently and politely.
✅ Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Bangla (spoken) and basic English (reading/writing).
Good phone manners and a friendly attitude.
Basic computer and smartphone usage skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
📈 Experience:
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
