Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Fluent in English writing and oral

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all types of HR related letter (Requirement, Training, Transfer, promotion etc.) as per management requirements.
∎ Manage all Admin & HR related documentation, letters and files by both soft copy and hard
∎ copy.
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the
∎ meeting minutes to all concerned.
∎ Provide technical support, trainings to field staff for proper documentation as according to donor
∎ and RDS standards.
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related
∎ activities
∎ Maintain stock and pity cash of head office.
∎ Communicate Gov. and NGO office independently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 29500 (Monthly)
∎ After 6 month probation period 34140/-
