- Transitioning analog payroll to digital, boosting accuracy and efficiency.
- Introducing a Punching Machine system that reduces absenteeism and saves time/costs.
- Overhauling salary procedures for efficient banking transactions.
- Resolving local problems and managing car accident issues for community stability.
- Implementing streamlined processes for daily attendance, payroll management, and HR functions using Payroll Software.
- Resolving labor and police cases efficiently, ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage work facilities, supervise labor activities, and handle licensing issues effectively.
- Overseeing critical licenses such as Trade License, Factory License, Fire License, BIWTA, BSTI, and BWDB for seamless operations.
- Conducting talent management & training to enhance employee engagement & skill development.
- Maintaining accurate employee records & managing documentation for personnel files & legal deeds.
- Coordinating candidate communications and interview scheduling efficiently.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to higher authorities.
- Implementing initiatives to improve safety measures, reducing workplace incidents.
- Ensuring prompt and accurate full and final settlements for outgoing employees.
- Follow up employee/labor relations & legal affairs work.
- Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staff Etc. on administrative issues.
- Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
- Coordinate and manage various administrative issues.
- To Organize and Control huge numbers of Vehicles and Drivers.
- Coordinate all the functions associated with the transport works.
- Review, update, and maintain employee files and other HR paperwork in an efficient, timely, orderly, and confidential manner to ensure salary and wages.
- Monitor and update attendance and leave of the employees.
- Deliver any other reports as and when required by the Management.
- Maintain adequate safety, security, and cleaning of the offices and office assets by taking effective measures upon discussion with the management.
- Preserve, update, and maintain personnel files, leave records, attendance registers, stock registers, fixed asset registers, movement registers, etc.
- To monitor support staff (driver, cleaner, cook, and office assistant) by managing day-to-day tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, etc.
- Any other assignment/task assigned by the management or supervisor.
