Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 42 years
- Should have experience with Auto CAD 2D, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
- Proficiency in English Language both in speaking and writing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Experienced in the Civil Engineering Department of a Real Estate Company or large construction company.
Communicating with the Architect/Designer for receiving the drawings after the initial check.
Should have good knowledge about the drawings, good in the cost estimate, and capable of preparing the budget for the project.
Preparation of work schedule and planning for execution of the work.
Determine the requirement of the resources (manpower, equipment, materials, labor, etc.).
Ensure the Quality Control Policy and HSE Standards at the site.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
