Working Relationships:

Internal: CEO & Head of HR, all Divisional Head, Business Head (if any), Management Committee Members, HR Team Members.

Cross Functional: The position requires cross- functional working relationship with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain, Service, Administration dep etc.

External: The position requires external working relationship with HR service providers, Recruitment Agencies and Banks.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Process verify and maintain employees HR related data under Celestial Tech payroll in HRIS system(s) for new hires, transfers, terminations, life events, salary changes, etc. for ensuring error free and timely data entry.
  • Assist line manager to implement process improvements whenever possible to automate and ensure greater accuracy of data in the ERP.
  • Untangle HR data management issues, understands data flow, and takes action to resolve downstream issues.
  • Maintain Employee Self Service (ESS) for smooth HR service.
  • Maintain, administer, and process the HR module in ERP in a manner so that required output can be generated smoothly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly attendance/Leave report and submit to Manager - HR.
  • Strongly coordinate the recruitment, training, engagement programs as and when necessary.
  • Maintain up to date personal file and keep confidentiality of any information related to employee.
