• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Shipyard, HVAC System, Importer, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Fire Fighting and Safety

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

• PGD in SCM

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Shipyard, HVAC System, Importer, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Fire Fighting and Safety

• Contact supplier/maker for price offer by aligning specification and other technical issues against specific PRF.
• Negotiate price & other terms/conditions with supplier.
• Prepare PO & collect order confirmation.
• Prepare PI for submit to clients for open LC.
• Select Freight Forwarder (FF) to collect goods from Supplier’s warehouse. Prepare shipping Mark & Instruction.
• Check and confirm Draft AWB & BL. Prepare shipping Documents as per DP/LC.
• Communicate with Insurance Company to make insurance.
• Update and Follow-up all the shipment and create DHL AWB.
• Prepare voucher to make payment to C& F Bill, Insurance Bill and DHL Bill.
• Communicate with C&F agent to release good
