Responsibilities & Context:

  • Support the day-to-day operations and overall administrative activities of the Human Resource Management (HRM) function.

  • Support attendance management and payroll preparation through timely and accurate reporting of work schedules, absences, and leave information.

  • Ensure disbursement of monthly salary/wages and other benefits on time with accuracy.

  • Prepare and process monthly mobile bill disbursements.

  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) including files relating to HR functions.

  • Ensure that all new employee’s salary accounts are opened and properly linked with their contracts and payroll records.

  • Maintenance of office administration and internal communication systems – including paper and electronic filing systems.

  • Basic to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Fast and accurate typing with attention to detail.

  • Preparing Office order & Note, Coordinating exit formalities of employees, and complete end service settlement of employees.

  • Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution efficiently

  • Execute performance appraisal processes and skill development initiatives.

  • Answering employee’s queries about general HR-related issues

  • Track administrative expenses, bills, and consumables and submit reports for budget reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

  • Presentable, confident, and strong communication skills.

  • Efficiently manage phone calls, correspondence, and executive appointments.

  • Provide pay slip & tax certificate, experience and release letter and NOCs.

  • Monitor worker’s attendance, discipline, behavior and welfare activities.

  • Oversee maintenance of personal files, ID cards and necessary documentation.

  • Support audits (social/compliance/HR) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  • Arrange training on workplace safety, disciplinary guidelines and HR policies.

  • Conduct orientation, communication session, and awareness campaigns for workers & staff.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be physically fit, smart and capable of handling high-pressure activities.

  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Fire Safety, and Compliance Audits.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Practical experience in floor HR, compliance support and worker communication.

  • Ability to manage worker discipline and floor compliance.

  • Problem-solving, reporting and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage interviews, recruitment processes and follow-ups across all offices.
