We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team and support continuous patient management across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock medical support to inpatients and emergency cases.

• Conduct daily patient rounds, monitor vitals, and update case notes.

• Assist consultants and senior doctors in patient management, procedures, and clinical decisions.

• Handle emergency cases promptly and coordinate with specialists when required.

• Ensure proper documentation, medical reports, and patient records are maintained.

• Supervise junior doctors and support nursing staff in clinical activities.

• Uphold hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS degree with completed internship.

• Valid BMDC registration (mandatory).

• Prior hospital/clinical experience preferred (ICU, emergency, or general ward exposure will be an advantage).

• Strong decision-making and emergency management skills.

• Good communication, teamwork, and patient-handling ability.
