Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Hospital Operations
Oversee daily hospital operations (OPD, IPD, Emergency)
Ensure smooth patient flow and service efficiency
Monitor ward, ICU, front desk, and overall service delivery
Maintain discipline and accountability across departments
HR & Staff Management
Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment
Manage attendance, duty rosters, and leave system
Enforce discipline among:
Nurses
Admin staff
Support staff
Handle staff conflicts, performance issues, and reporting.
Marketing & Growth
Lead and monitor field marketing activities
Manage referral networks (local doctors, clinics, agents)
Supervise marketing officers and track performance
Oversee online presence (Facebook, promotions, campaigns)
Identify opportunities to increase patient flow and revenue
Administration & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation, SOP compliance, and reporting
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Maintain administrative control across departments
Provide regular operational and performance reports
Patient Experience & Quality
Ensure cleanliness, staff behavior, and service standards
Handle patient complaints and feedback
Maintain a professional hospital environment
