Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to promote hospital and diagnostic services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral partners.

• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and increase patient inflow.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, health camps, and awareness programs.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional activities.
