Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to promote hospital and diagnostic services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral partners.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and increase patient inflow.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, health camps, and awareness programs.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional activities.
