Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement and Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of purchasing, stock management, vendor relations, and supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, maintain optimal inventory levels, and support smooth hospital operations through strategic materials management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with hospital needs and budget.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, stock movements, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with finance and department heads for budgeting, approvals, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and generate detailed reports.
- Supervise and guide the store and logistics team for efficient workflow.
