Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• MBA in Supply Chain or Operations (preferred)

• Certification in Supply Chain / Procurement (CIPS, CSCM) is an added advantage

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing/electronics/plastics industry)

• Experience in both Local and International Sourcing

• Experience with supplier negotiation and technical sourcing

Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of local & international procurement processes

• Understanding of LC, banking, HS code, INCOTERMS

• Vendor negotiation & supply market analysis

• Knowledge of engineering materials, resin, metal parts, electronics items (advantage)

• Ability to prepare CS, cost analysis, and financial comparison

• ERP or SAP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Requisition Management: Monitor requisitions from MM team, verify completeness, and ensure timely placement.
• Requisition Analysis & Allocation: Analyze requisitions and allocate to Local or International sourcing based on cost, lead time, and risk.
• Procurement Execution: Ensure PR-to-PO processing within timeline and track procurement progress for timely delivery.
• Local & International Sourcing: Identify and develop vendors, negotiate pricing/terms, and ensure procurement policy compliance.
• Supplier Evaluation & CS Preparation: Evaluate supplier capability and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) with updated performance records.
• Technical & QC Coordination: Manage URS/TDS/MSDS/COA and coordinate samples/testing with QC to ensure technical accuracy.
• Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, alternate sourcing options, and track market trends and risks.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure SOP/audit compliance, maintain PR/PO/LC records, and prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports.

Manage local and international sourcing, ensure timely procurement, evaluate suppliers, and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth production and cost-efficient operations.
