Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and sourcing operations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with international OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and technology vendors.

• Manage sourcing and procurement of IT hardware, networking equipment, power solutions, software, and related technologies from international markets.

• Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals for government and semi-government tenders.

• Handle procurement and project execution related to Government ministries, autonomous bodies, and similar public-sector organizations.

• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and logistics arrangements with suppliers and OEM partners.

• Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations, tender requirements, and company policies.

• Develop procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.

• Lead supplier evaluation, vendor development, and risk management initiatives.
