Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 45 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred)

  • Experience: Sales Executive: 3-5 years

  • Senior Executive: 5+ years

  • Proven experience in software sales / IT-enabled product sales

  • Hands-on experience in government tender submission and project acquisition

  • Strong understanding of public procurement processes (Bangladesh context preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

  • Familiarity with e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system

  • Experience in ERP, HMS, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions

  • Knowledge of proposal writing and documentation for large-scale IT projects

  • CRM tools experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Strong professional network in corporate and government sectors



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle corporate and government clients, including ministries, agencies, and large enterprises

  • Prepare and submit tender documents (EOI, RFP, RFQ, etc.) in compliance with requirements

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in software solutions and IT-enabled services

  • Generate leads through research, networking, and industry connections

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closing

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting

  • Follow up on bids, proposals, and client communications effectively
