Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• BSc. in Footwear/Leather/ Leather products engineering.

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and material sourcing.

• Ability to handle multiple buyers and orders simultaneously.

• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Strong analytical and costing capability.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.

• Good understanding of international buyer requirements and compliance standards.

• Handle buyer product inquiries, product development requirements, and raw materials order follow-up.

• Prepare product costing and price negotiation with suppliers.

• Monitor order status from development to final materials in housed activities.

• Ensure accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) and consumption calculations.

• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and warehouse teams.

• Ensure on-time approval of materials and samples.

•  Maintain raw materials reports and order tracking sheets.

• Monitor suppliers production capacity and delivery schedules.

• Source raw materials, accessories, chemicals, packaging, and components for production.

•  Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.

•  Negotiate prices, lead time, MOQ, and payment terms with suppliers.

•  Ensure material quality and timely delivery.

•  Conduct supplier evaluation and performance rating.   

•  Identify alternative sourcing options to reduce cost and risk.   

• Coordinate import raw materials documentation with commercial department.

• Monitor market trends, material innovations, and price fluctuations.
