• The position requires strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills to oversee large-scale industrial and factory construction projects.

• Supervise all on-site factory construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.

• Monitor workforce productivity, equipment utilization, and material usage to optimize project execution.

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including task sequencing and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular progress reviews and update plans to address potential delays or bottlenecks.

• Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets and identify variances.

• Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering without compromising quality.

• Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to maintain construction standards.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

• Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Resolve on-site issues and disputes effectively to maintain project progress.
