Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise all on-site factory construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Monitor workforce productivity, equipment utilization, and material usage to optimize project execution.
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including task sequencing and resource allocation.
Conduct regular progress reviews and update plans to address potential delays or bottlenecks.
Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets and identify variances.
Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering without compromising quality.
Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to maintain construction standards.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Resolve on-site issues and disputes effectively to maintain project progress.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement risk mitigation measures.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and corrective actions.
