Experience:
Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management, or related) with 6+ years’ progressive experience
Demonstrated knowledge of structured Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
High proficiency in computing skills and Microsoft Office software packages
Strong negotiating skills
Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail
Candidates with hands-on experience in conducting donor-funded tendering and e-GP tendering processes will be given preferences
Hands-on experience in conducting Service Procurement (Facilities & Operational Services, Marketing & Creative Services, Hospitality & Staffing Services, Event Management, Broadcasting & Production etc.), Printing and Binding related purchases

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective and compliant sourcing of goods and services to support organizational requirements
Administer competitive bidding processes, including preparation of RFPs/RFQs, vendor evaluation, supplier selection and contract award recommendations
Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements to achieve optimal pricing, favorable terms, quality standards and long-term value
Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships, conduct market research, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability and cost efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, define specifications, obtain approvals and align purchasing activities with organizational objectives
Leverage ERP systems and procurement technologies to streamline procurement workflows, maintain accurate records, generate reports and enhance operational efficiency
Prepare procurement analytics and management reports, monitor key performance indicators, identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
