Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop an overall understanding of the Supply Chains through a guided process

  • Capture and analyze data on supply chain operations

  • Review and develop projects to enhance supply chain efficiency

  • Measure, analyze, and report supply chain performance to management

  • Conduct inventory analysis and prepare relevant reports

  • Analyze the supply market and the profiling of potential vendors

  • Retrieve spend data, analyze, and recommend sourcing strategies

  • Develop and submit RFQs and RFIs for managerial review before sending to suppliers

  • Oversee procurement activities, including supplier pre-qualification, negotiation, contract preparation, and purchase order processing

  • Collaborate with local and international procurement teams to improve service delivery
