• Experience in operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred

• Experience in cross-border logistics, e-commerce warehousing, or international goods receiving is highly preferred

Additional Requirements:

• 25-45 years old, in good health, and able to adapt to the on-site work rhythm of the warehouse

• Fluent in both Bengali and English

• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles, including stock counting, batch tracking, and inventory turnover (FIFO/LIFO), with the ability to accurately grasp the high-turnover characteristics of e-commerce goods

• Proficiency in optimizing warehouse space allocation; able to rationally plan storage based on e-commerce goods characteristics (size, weight, turnover rate, popularity) to improve picking/packing efficiency

• Skilled in data entry, inventory reconciliation, warehousing operation report generation, and data statistical analysis, capable of providing effective support for business decisions

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) to complete daily documentation, SOP formulation, and data statistics

• Strong organizational coordination and problem-solving abilities; able to effectively handle warehouse abnormalities and possess awareness of team management and talent development

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure during peak e-commerce warehousing periods to ensure timely receipt, dispatch, and delivery of goods

• Familiar with warehouse safety management norms; able to formulate and implement warehousing operation standards to promote standardized operations within the team

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily operations of KICKBAZAR’s warehouse in Bangladesh. The core focus of this role is to ensure the efficient flow of e-commerce goods, accurate inventory control, and effective team collaboration, supporting the stable expansion of the company’s e-commerce business in Bangladesh. This position requires overall coordination of the entire warehousing process, optimization of operational efficiency, risk reduction, and ensuring the smooth operation of the cross-border e-commerce supply chain.

• Responsible for the full-process operation of goods: Including receiving imported goods from China, inspecting quality and quantity, labeling, information verification, as well as outbound picking, packing, sealing, and other tasks; ensuring operational accuracy throughout the process and maintaining efficient and orderly warehouse operations.

• Formulate and continuously optimize warehousing processes and operating procedures (SOP); establish standardized processes for key links such as goods receiving/dispatching, storage, and turnover based on large-scale e-commerce warehouse management experience; conduct regular warehouse inventories (cycle counts, monthly/quarterly full counts), scientifically plan goods storage locations, propose space utilization and process improvement plans, maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, and improve warehouse space utilization and goods turnover rate.

• Maintain good communication and in-depth cooperation with local logistics service providers to ensure e-commerce order goods are delivered to destinations on time and accurately, enhancing customer experience.

• Real-time monitor warehouse inventory levels; combine e-commerce sales data and market demand to timely communicate with domestic warehouses in China on replenishment plans and inventory adjustment schemes, avoiding stockouts or overstocking and ensuring healthy inventory turnover.

• Responsible for the statistics and in-depth analysis of warehousing data; regularly compile accurate inventory reports, inbound/outbound statistical reports, and operational analysis reports; identify core issues and provide feasible business optimization suggestions.

• Assist in handling various warehouse abnormalities such as goods damage, loss, packaging damage, and inventory discrepancies; quickly investigate root causes and take timely remedial measures to minimize losses.

• Responsible for daily warehouse management: Promote system construction; establish a talent team development system; formulate targeted SOPs and post performance appraisal content for different warehouse positions (picking, packing, verification, warehouse management, etc.); conduct regular skill training and team building to maintain the team’s strong combat effectiveness and execution.

• Proficiently operate WMS to record inbound/outbound transactions, update inventory data in real-time, and ensure consistency between system data and physical goods; manage inventory of warehouse materials (packaging supplies, tools) to ensure sufficient stock and reasonable control of operational costs.

• Coordinate with domestic warehouse teams in China via English (email, online meetings) to confirm shipment details, track goods status, feedback warehousing issues and replenishment needs, and ensure smooth cross-border collaboration.

• Maintain warehouse safety and hygiene standards; standardize goods loading/unloading, storage, and handling processes to prevent goods damage; strictly comply with local safety regulations and labor standards in Bangladesh.
