Aus-Hk Dreamease Home Tec. Ltd. is a sister concern of EBS Group and a manufacturer of quality furniture, including sofas and mattresses. We are aggressively expanding our market presence in Bangladesh and seek a results-driven Sales Experts to lead our commercial growth and build our brand.
Position Overview:
The Sales Lead will be responsible for crafting and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth. This role involves building a high-performing sales team, developing key accounts, and establishing a strong distribution network across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the annual sales strategy, budget, and forecast to achieve company revenue and market share targets.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within Bangladesh, including retailers, distributors, project clients (hotels, developers), and OEM partnerships.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and major clients.
Lead and participate in critical client negotiations and contract closures.
Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends in the Bangladeshi furniture market.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Collaborate with the Production and Procurement teams to ensure alignment between market demand and company capabilities.
