• M. Pharm / M.Sc. in Chemistry from any reputed University.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the warehouse department of a pharmaceutical company is preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space utilization, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service.

• Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-organized warehouse environment that supports uninterrupted production, and enforce all company rules, regulations, and policies.

• Receive APIs, excipients, packing materials, and other inbound consignments with complete and accurate documentation in accordance with approved receiving procedures.

• Ensure proper implementation and compliance with FIFO and FEFO systems within the warehouse premises.

• Conduct regular meetings with the warehouse team to review performance, analyze operational gaps, and develop actionable plans to improve productivity and prevent losses.

• Arrange and facilitate job-related and SOP-based training programs in a timely manner, as required.

• Prepare, maintain, and preserve all internal and external audit-related documents and records.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting superior.
