KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, providing timely and accurate support throughout the Air & Sea export shipment lifecycle.

  • Oversee end-to-end export operations, coordinating closely with sales, operations, accounts, shipping lines, airlines, CFS, and transporters.

  • Prepare, review, and verify all shipping, billing, and customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with freight forwarding regulations and internal SOPs.

  • Monitor daily shipment status, provide clients with arrival updates, and resolve service-related issues proactively and professionally.

  • Take ownership of client complaints, analyze causes, and implement effective resolutions with support from internal departments.

  • Ensure invoice accuracy, assist finance with freight charge verification, and support timely payment follow-ups.

  • Maintain comprehensive shipment documentation, communication logs, and files for audit readiness and operational transparency.

  • Stay updated on INCOTERMS, customs procedures, carrier policies, and market trends to advise clients effectively and optimize service delivery
