Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buying Specialist. The role involves managing the order and production process by reviewing order files and Mockup For Production files and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) after receiving them from the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team. The incumbent will establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, addressing and resolving any vendor-related issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check order files and Mockup For Production files & SLA after receiving from CSR team and submit to the respective vendors.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
- Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders and delivery requirements
- Closely follow up with the suppliers regarding space booking for Air or Sea shipments.
- Communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist or undertake tasks assigned by the supervisor

- Determine the cost-effective and efficient shipping methods.
- Monitor & track the status of the inbound shipments.
- Uploading and updating shipment documents to the folder in Zoho Drive.
- Update inbound shipment status on Monday.com/MFO.
