Position Overview:
As the Customer Service Manager, you'll be essential in delivering outstanding experiences to our hockey-loving community. You'll provide prompt, professional, and accurate support through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
● Check in with Sales Reps and colleagues for daily tasks
● Be readily available for E-mail, Phone calls, and Meetings.
● Facilitate processing orders and inventory
● Manage order tracking and follow-ups
● Manage online stores and analysis reports
● Handle external communication to support Sales Reps
● Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
● Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
● Develop service procedures, policies and standards
● Create and Manage KPIs
● Mentor and develop customer service and sales agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
● Adhere to and manage the approved budget
● Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Qualifications:
● At least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively resolve conflicts.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
