• Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

• The applicant should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Managerial stage (Distribution Unit).

• Should have strong communication skills. Should be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.

• Should have excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.

• Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.

• Should have proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3-5 years of work experience in the position of managerial stage (Distribution Unit) in any reputed company.

• Develop and implement distribution strategies and plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

• Coordinate and manage the distribution network, including warehouses, logistics providers, and transportation channels.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability at distribution centers.

• Plan and schedule distribution activities, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery route optimization.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and distribution costs.

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements within the distribution network.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to product distribution, transportation, and warehousing.

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity during transportation and storage.

• Resolve any distribution-related issues or customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Analyze distribution data and generate reports to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Train and supervise distribution staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, production, and customer service, to ensure efficient coordination of supply chain activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the distribution network.
