Strong expertise in odoo implementation, customization and module development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.

• Strong experience with Python and Odoo framework (Community & Enterprise)· Expertise in custom module development, inheritance, and ORM· Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, Linux server management, and Git.

• Experience with Odoo versions 13/14/15/16/17 is preferred.

• Strong understanding of XML, JavaScript, QWeb, and Owl framework· Experience integrating third-party services and APIs.

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment is a plus· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

· Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.

· Design and implement scalable ERP solutions using Odoo framework.

· Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external systems with Odoo.

· Customize Odoo backend workflows, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.

· Work with PostgreSQL database optimization and performance tuning.

· Develop and maintain REST/XML-RPC APIs for system integrations.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and staging environments.

· Collaborate with business analysts, QA team, and project managers for requirement analysis and delivery.

· Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.

· Deploy applications on Linux servers and manage Odoo hosting environments.

· Prepare technical documentation and provide support/training when required.

· Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.

· Any others task assigned by management.
