Experience:
Graduation / Masters in any discipline
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit and Compliance or Supply Chain Management Systems.
Understanding of inventory management principles and practices
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management System
Technical expertise in ERP software or other inventory management systems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailed knowledge of various warehouse, production and transportation procedures.
Should have the capacity to manage multiple tasks following deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling of home décor products and raw materials.
Coordinate with operations and management teams to collect, verify, and accurately enter inventory and operational data into ERP systems.
Prepare daily Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) after quality clearance for both locally and internationally sourced materials, ensuring timely submission to Head Office Procurement and Accounts.
Implement and maintain effective store and inventory management systems aligned with ERP controls and company policies.
Monitor stock levels using computerized inventory and supply chain management tools to ensure real-time accuracy.
Record, verify, and reconcile all daily inbound and outbound deliveries to maintain accurate inventory records.
Raise replenishment orders in a timely manner to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory, considering seasonal and design-based demand.
Review shipment documents against packing lists and inspect received items to identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming décor products.
Ensure proper loading, unloading, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished décor items, maintaining product quality and appearance standards.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Perform routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal control effectiveness.
Identify and resolve inventory issues including stock-outs, overstocking, slow-moving, or obsolete décor items.
Ensure sufficient product availability across all distribution channels to meet showroom, project, and direct customer demand.
Oversee warehouse security, safety standards, processes, and staff performance within store facilities.
Ensure indents are raised accurately and all required documentation is completed on time for material requisitions.
Prepare and submit inventory, stock status, and discrepancy reports to senior management.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Top Management in support of business operations.
LUCRATIVE PACKAGE OF COMPENSATION:
Remuneration: 22,000/- to 26,000/-
Festival Bonus: 1 month full salary for confirmed employee
