Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit and Compliance or Supply Chain Management Systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • Understanding of inventory management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management System
  • Technical expertise in ERP software or other inventory management systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailed knowledge of various warehouse, production and transportation procedures.
  • Should have the capacity to manage multiple tasks following deadlines.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory management related activities

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the planning and operational procedures of the warehouse
  • Collect the data from Manager, operations and entry into the software properly
  • Prepare the daily GRN after quality certifies for foreign and locally received materials and timely dispatch to H/O procurement/Accounts. Implementing store and inventory management systems with control and aligned with ERP.
  • Counting or using computerized inventory monitoring or supply chain software tools to track stock levels accurately.
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
  • Review the report every shipment after receiving packing list and also find out the number of damaged product
  • Ensure Load/ Unload, storage and issuance of the Raw Material as per prescribed policies and procedures
  • Control Store & Inventory systems by conducting physical counts & reconciling with data storage system.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Identify and address inventory discrepancies, such as stock outs, overstocking, and obsolescence.
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Oversee security, processes, procedures, and staff in store facilities or warehouses
  • Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items;
  • Any other task as/ when assign by the Supervisor or the delegated person or Top Management.
