Additional Requirements:
5–7 years’ experience in direct retail sales.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize & execute tasks.
Responsibilities & Context:
Regular Activities:
Ensure the branch is fully operational during business hours, with all departments functioning efficiently.
Ensure POS systems, retail software, and other operational tools are functioning correctly and staff are trained in their use.
Sales:
Set monthly sales Target basis and plan to achieve.
Cash Management
Supervise till operations, reconcile daily sales with register reconciliation, bank deposits to CRM, and ensure accurate end-of-day reports
Budgeting ad Cost Control
Prepare and manage branch budgets, ensuring expenses remain within approved limits.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or product quality.
Customer Experience
Ensure that all customers receive an outstanding service, whether in-store, on the phone, or online
Handle complex customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Inventory Control
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
Manage orders to maintain optimal stock without overstocking or understocking.
Oversee receiving and storing of merchandise; ensure correct pricing and tagging.
Reporting & Analysis:
Daily Report: Ensure DMR, Point sheet, Attendance, Customer call report
Weekly Report: Ensure sales report, Inventory report and customer conversion report
Ensure and check Preserve required data like customer buying patterns and market trends.
Staff Management
Provide onboarding and continuous training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
