Experience:
Proficiency in English and strong communication & interpersonal skill.
Microsoft Office. (Excel)
Working experience with ERP will be added an advantage.
Manage the end-to-end foreign procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, and vendor communication.
Issue purchase orders through ERP in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Give receiving entry of Imported consignments in ERP & ensure all received products are properly barcoded and activated in the system.
Timely deliver the material to user section & update inventory movements (receiving, transfer, adjustments) in the system accurately.
Monitor unloading operation & build strong communication with user section & provide required information before/after receive the FCL consignments.
Prepare incoming material receiving report & share to all concern.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
Prepare necessary various monthly report within the timeline.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Need to perform 3 shifting duties.
Support in superior`s daily activities & help to the subordinate’s activities.
