Should have good knowledge in MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare paint recipes and maintain stock records, including make‑up paint.
Ensure FIFO is followed according to receiving sequence for all paints and chemicals.
Monitor, check, and record CCK machine calibration on a daily basis.
Perform accurate color judgment and shade evaluation for enamel finishing products.
Enter paint stock and consumption data in Wings system and verify accuracy.
Ensure proper issuance, availability, and condition of PPE within the CCK area.
Store make‑up paint cans according to the attached labelling and placement guidelines.
Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment.
Good understanding about GHS symbol & ensure proper handling of SDS/MSDS for paint and chemical operations in Slider Enameling.
Conduct training sessions for subordinates and workers as needed.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the department manager.
