Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Master’s in Environmental Engineering (M.Eng / M.Sc Eng)

• Master’s in Environmental Science (M.Sc)

• 3 to 5 years

• Advanced Skill in MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).                                                                                    

1. Management Systems & Compliance:

• ISO 14001:2015: Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS). Ensure all documentation, risk assessments, and objectives are aligned with ISO standards.

• ISO 45001: Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management systems to minimize workplace injuries and illnesses.

• Legal Compliance: Ensure the factory strictly adheres to the Bangladesh Labor Act, Environment Conservation Act, and Fire Safety regulations.

2. Audit Management & Sustainability:

• Environmental Audits: Prepare for and lead various environmental audits (e.g., Higg Index FEM, ZDHC, or DOE inspections).

• Safety Audits: Conduct regular internal safety audits, and machinery inspections.

• Social & Ethical Audits: Act as the technical lead for SEDEX (SMETA), BSCI, or customer-specific audits, focusing on the health and safety pillars.

3. Operational Safety:

• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments for all production processes.

• Oversee chemical management and hazardous waste disposal protocols.

4. Training & Culture:

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for workers and staff.
