Responsibilities & Context:

GolfHouse Holdings is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our HR & Admin Department as an Executive, People & Culture, who will play a key role in supporting HR operations and coordinating event management activities for the organization. This position requires someone who can multitask, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to smooth administrative and event-related operations.

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.

  • Support daily store operations and manage inventory.

  • Maintain the store ledger systematically and update system data.

  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, attendance, and leave management systems.

  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate administrative activities such as office maintenance, procurement, and logistics.

  • Assist in communication with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate event management and ensure timely execution of tasks.
