• Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Newspaper/Magazine, E-commerce, F-commerce

• Age 26 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Portfolio of completed design projects.

• Strong proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Sketch, or relevant software.

• Solid understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and composition.

• Familiarity with digital and print media design.

• Experience in prototyping and wireframing (for UI/UX roles).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred for digital roles).

• Specialized certifications (e.g., UI/UX, CAD, Adobe Suite, Figma) are a plus.

• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts

• Attention to visual details.

• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

• A professional design course will be considered an advantage.

• Edit video content for multiple outlets, including social media, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Evaluate raw footage and review shot lists and storyboards.
• To use software to enhance video footage.
• Identify ways to improve and enhance footage.
• Implement effective storytelling techniques.
• Suggest and implement appropriate special effects and music additions.
• Collaborate with video shoot team members.
• Color grading: Adjusting color profiles to create a consistent visual aesthetic.
• Coordinate with team members to fulfill the project.   
• Making attractive and the best content for smooth recruitment.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project guidelines.
• Continually explore new design techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
