We are seeking an experienced recruiter based in Bangladesh to source, screen, and shortlist skilled construction and renovation workers for overseas long-term contracts.
The recruiter will be responsible for identifying qualified, experienced, and job-ready candidates who can work on building and house renovation projects, live on-site, and commit to a 3-year contract.
The recruiter must source candidates for the following roles:
Construction Site Supervisor / Surveyor
Qualified Electrician (3-Phase Specialist)
Skilled Finishing Technician (Wall Panels, Flooring & Masonry)
(Detailed job descriptions will be provided and must be strictly followed.)
Source candidates from Bangladesh with verifiable construction experience
Pre-screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and physical capability
Conduct initial interviews and trade knowledge checks
Verify documents, experience, and previous work where possible
Ensure candidates fully understand salary, contract terms, and living conditions
Submit a shortlist of job-ready candidates only
Assist with coordination for trade testing when required
Prior experience recruiting construction workers for overseas projects
Strong understanding of construction trades
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Must ensure candidates accept all contract conditions before submission
Contract duration: 3 years
Monthly working hours: 195 hours
Salary: USD 450 per month
Air ticket to destination: Paid by employee
Accommodation: Provided (on renovation site)
Utilities: Provided
Food: Paid by employee
Return air ticket: Paid by employer only upon successful completion of 3 years
Trade testing is mandatory
If a worker is found incapable of performing the job, the contract will be terminated and the worker will return at their own cost
