Human Resources Functions:
Lead the overall Operations of Human Resources Division.
Develop and promote organizational culture and values.
Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, HR policies, process, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Planning and Budgeting of Human Resources of the Company.
Identify Training & Development needs to continuously develop and nurture the talents, plan and implement effective T&D strategy.
Conduct Job Analysis, Manage Job Descriptions and Ensure Right People at Right Post.
Ensure Efficient Recruitment, Selection and Placement of Talents as per Business Needs.
Arrange Orientation, Training and Professional Development Programs of Employees.
Conduct Employee Performance Management Annual Basis.
Manage Compensation and Benefits, Pay Structure and Performance Rewards of HR
Managing Conflicts, Workplace Disputes and Employee Grievances as Required
Ensure HR Discipline and Internal HR Compliance with Legislation and Regulators
Prepare and Submit HR Report to Management as required
Administrative Functions:
Manage Administrative Functions of the Company for Smooth Business Operations
Ensure Health, Safety and Favorable Working Environment in the Organization
Managing Employees Travel and Hospitality Services4. Managing the Logistic Services to Head Office and Branches
Liaison with other Departmental Heads for smooth Delivery of Administrative Services.
Enhance Public & Stakeholders Relations Including Law Enforcement Agencies, Local Authorities and Other External Stakeholders for Secured Business Operations
Ensure Administrative Compliance in Line with the Instruction of Regulators
Prepare and Submit Administrative Report to the Management as Required
Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
