Experience:
Having enough knowledge about textile and RMG work environment
Having long experience on textile and RMG people counselling and motivation on absenteeism, leave, attitude, behavior ,work environment ,health ,safety ,late coming and other HR related Issues.
Extend individual counselling for absenteeism and late coming and motivate workers to be disciplined and punctual at work.
Counsel workers for issues regarding safe working environment, financial or legal concerns, healthcare concerns etc.
Conduct counseling session with workers on their work place incident or particular aspect of performance to provide constructive feedback and thus correct their work-related problems.
Address workers’ emotion, anger, anxiety, confusion and the like arising out of their work and offer counseling to minimize them while enhancing their coping ability.
To manage and settle any grievance if arise in the floor.
To look after maternity benefits/maternity leave and monthly summary report of entitled workers stating amount of total cost.
Assist in developing coping strategies for workers in the organization.
Develop a Client-Centered or Non-Directive Counseling Method throughout the organization to help improve the industrial environment as well as relationship among employer and workers.
Assist HR department in developing Personalized Recovery Programs that help to establish healthy behaviors among supervisors and workers at all levels.
Develop reporting matrix and prepare daily, quarterly and monthly report.
Give each and every worker’s issue due weight-age and listen attentively with due sympathy to the aggrieved to help develop a Counseling Relationship.
Guide the aggrieved workers positively through counseling to desired objective of both individual and organizational well-being.
To play the role for mitigate the workplace discrimination & abuse. Specially for women employee harassment.
Motivate to the employee to keep workplace good housekeeping and safety.
Educate to the employee or company existing policy, procedure, norms & discipline etc.
Earn Leave Encashment
