Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR)

  • Assist in recruitment & selection (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination).

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR records.

  • Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.

  • Prepare and update attendance, leave, and payroll support data.

  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and HR procedures.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary documentation.

  • Assist in organizing training & development programs.

  • Prepare HR reports (manpower, turnover, attendance, leave, etc.).

 

Administration

·         Manage office administration and day-to-day operational support.

·         Maintain office supplies, stationery, and assets.

·         Coordinate vendor management (cleaning, security, transport, maintenance).

·         Ensure proper office discipline, safety, and housekeeping.

·         Maintain admin files, registers, and documentation.

·         Support facility management and office logistics.

·         Coordinate staff transportation, canteen, and accommodation (if applicable).

 

General Responsibilities

·         Maintain confidentiality of HR and company information.

·         Assist management with policy implementation and compliance.

·         Coordinate with department heads for HR & admin requirements.

·         Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
